  • Design of support tools for use within your organisation such as appraisal and performance management systems and competency frameworks

Retainer Contracts
If your organisation’s size means that you do not require a full time Training Manager, you still may require some regular support.

An ideal solution is a retainer contract where you only buy what you need. Simply contract our services for an agreed number of days over a given period, for example, 2, 3, 4 days per month. These days can be utilised for training, coaching out in the field or office, attending sales meetings or people development consultancy. Telephone support is also offered within the agreement.

By using an external provider for this service means you will also receive the benefit of completely objective help and advice from consultants and trainers who are also working with other successful companies.

Very beneficial rates are available for this regular commitment and the more days you agree to, the more competitive the fee.
